Nut bagasse
Nut bagasse is a fresh, peeled pine nut, essentially fat-free, which makes it especially suitable for people who have problems with the GI tract, pancreas and liver. The nut did not run a heat treatment, which made it possible not to lose the beneficial qualities that inherent in the pine nut itself. Use it instead of muesli, mix in kefir, as an addition to salads, cottage cheese and you will get delicious and healthy dishes that will give you a feeling of fullness without feeling heavy!
Method of application: as an independent dessert product, an addition to yoghurts, salads, baked goods.
