Delivery and payment

How to Order

To order, please select the products you wish to purchase and add them to Basket by clicking on the box next to the product selected.  By clicking on the “Basket” you can review your selected products, edit quantity and see total amount to be paid.  Here your order can be finalized.  Orders can be made 24 hours per day!

After the order has been made, our manager will contact you to finalize invoice and confirm your order.  The invoice can be paid from any city/country.  After the money has been received on our account within 1-2 working days we will deliver your order to the relevant transportation company.  Usually we use "ПЭК", “EMS Russian Mail” and “DHL” but you can choose any other company from the list that is more convenient for you.  Transportation cost shall be paid by you upon receipt of the order at the transportation company.

You can make pay for your order by:

• VISA or MasterCard;

• direct bank transfer to our account;

Delivery within Russia and abroad

Once the order is finalized, we will deliver it to the selected transportation company, where your order will be shipped to your shipping address.  Your order will be given a unique number to enable you to track it during delivery.

Your order will be delivered to your door or to the transportation company customer service desk.  Delivery terms and conditions are subject to the policies of selected transportation company.  Detailed information about delivery terms and costs can be found on the website of the selected transportation company.

Delivery terms depend on remoteness of your location from the shipping location (usually shipment is made from Tomsk, Russia).  Detailed information about delivery terms can be found on the website of the selected transportation company.

Many transportation companies have tracking services available for online tracking of the order in real time.

Minimum cost of order

for shipment within Russia - 500 rubles

for shipment abroad – 1000 rubles (or equivalent amount in USD)

Orders to be shipped within Russia and are over 500 rub. qualify for free shipping by Russian Post (Почта России).

If order is finalized before 1400 hrs – shipment to be done during the next working day, if order is finalized after 1400 hrs – shipment to be done within 2 working days.

Upon shipment you will be provided with the tracking number in order to follow up transportation of your order.

Cash on delivery for transportation abroad is not accepted.

Discounts: on orders from 3000 rub – 3%, from 5000 rub – 4%, from 7000 rub – 5%.

Your orders are taken care of every day from 10:00 till 20:00 local time (Tomsk, +07).

Shipment to Russia and abroad is done only upon receipt of 100% prepayment.

Receipt of order upon delivery by transportation company

Unfortunately, our shop cannot control the delivery and storage process of the transportation company.  To avoid any conflicts, please follow the guidelines of the transportation company in terms of order delivery.

Before signing acceptance papers at the transportation company please check the appearance and condition of the delivered parcel.  Should you see any damages that may impact the quality of the products inside, you have the right to demand opening of the parcel in front of the responsible employee for an inspection of the parcel.

Upon signing of the acceptance papers, no claims towards the quality of goods inside the parcel can be made towards the transportation company.
